Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Preference for candidates with strong bartender knowledge and barista skills, able to train and lead the bar team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Positive, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-standard service environment.
