Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, catering, hospitality, or a similar position.
- Previous F&B and catering reservation experience is highly preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to handle telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online reservation inquiries.
- Good knowledge of reservation procedures, booking details, and guest follow-up.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
