Job responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards.
- Implement and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and support operational teams (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
- Handle guest concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
