Exotic Bali Properties is currently seeking a Concierge Staff with a housekeeping background to join our growing property management team in Bali.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Concierge / Guest Service
• Housekeeping experience is mandatory
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with attention to detail

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally
• Assist guests with daily requests and personalized services
• Provide local recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with the operations and villa teams
• Support housekeeping duties when needed
• Maintain villa cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
