Qualifications
- Experience in sales & reservation admin, with related area. experience will be beneficial.
- Fluent in english written & spoken.
- Commmunicative as team player with strong commitment and high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of reservation & sales, inventory system allotments, and freesells.
- Familiar with OTAS, B2B, extranet, inventory system.
Key responsibilities
- Requires an extremely high attention to detail data.
- Action inventory system: freesell/allotment report from suppliers.
- Release allotments when requested by supplier.
- Close out/open up freesell as advised by supplier.
- Enter block out dates into tol admin rates when resort is fully booked.
- Enter block room dates into tol admin rates when room is fullu booked (as per supplier comment instructions).
- Rebuild packages for supplier if block out dates are loaded/updated.
- Run a report and email top-up allotment request to suppliers.
- Action once response received.
- Record any action made to inventory, block out dates, rates, and packages.
- File inventory emails from suppliers into correct email folders.
