Qualifications

• Lead and inspire the service team on the dining floor.
• Ensure seamless daily operations and outstanding guest service.
• Assist in staff training and handle guest concerns with professionalism.
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (role-specific experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

2. Restaurant supervisor (ubud & sanur)

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and service standards.
• Support management in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (role-specific experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

3. Sales & marketing staff (onsite ubud)

Qualifications

• Plan and execute creative campaigns to boost reservations and brand presence.
• Manage social media, promotions, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with clients and local businesses to increase foot traffic.
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (role-specific experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
