Qualifications

Minimum education of vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years experience as a villa or hotel engineer/maintenance.
Mastery of basic electricity, plumbing, water pumps, water heaters, and split AC.
Understand swimming pool systems, septic tanks, and generators (basic).
Able to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Understand K3 standards.
Responsive, agile, and solution-oriented.
Honest, neat, and communicative.
