Contact HHRMA BaliDo employees need to install an app?
No. Employees can open their portal in a phone or laptop browser. GPS attendance needs location permission, and selfie attendance needs camera permission.
Can one company have several workplaces?
Yes. Set an attendance area for each workplace. The system checks the employee’s location against permitted workplaces; a choice is only needed when eligible areas overlap.
Do HR and employees use the same dashboard?
They use separate workspaces. HR manages company records and approvals. Employees use their portal for their own attendance, schedule, requests and information shared with them.
Does payroll automatically transfer salaries?
HHRMA HRIS supports payroll preparation, review and payslips. Salary transfers, tax filing and statutory payments are handled separately by your company.
