IVC Experience a hospitality management with a vibrant work culture and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Reservation to maintain our online presence and handling guest communications, messages, and requests across multiple properties.
Qualifications
- Female.
- Well grooming.
- College fresh graduated are welcome.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, reservations, or front office (villa, hotel, or serviced apartment experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working with PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Able to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries, messages, and requests across booking platforms (OTA, direct bookings, and internal systems).
- Coordinate pre-arrival, in-house, and post-stay guest communication.
- Liaise with operation teams on site to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently.
- Handle special requests, guest feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest notes and communication records within the system.
- As part of corporate team, support and maintain consistent guest experience standards across all managed properties.
