Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service (preferred but not essential).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks consistently to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
• Ensure workstations, equipment, and dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
