Head of Revenue & Distribution

A villa and vacation rental portfolio in Bali is looking for an experienced Head of Revenue & Distribution to lead the launch of its in-house revenue management department and build the systems, strategy, and team needed to manage and grow booking revenue.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from the external revenue management provider.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage performance across the portfolio.
• Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other distribution channels.
• Select, implement, and oversee PMS, Channel Manager, and pricing tools.
• Establish booking procedures, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and lead the revenue and reservations team.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue management experience across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of villa or vacation rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms, PMS, and Channel Managers.
• Experience launching a department, implementing systems, or taking over a portfolio.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.
