Housekeeping Room Supervisor

TS Group is looking for a Housekeeping Room Supervisor to support its growth in Bali.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, with team-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest-room cleaning standards, room inspections, linen control, and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Able to coordinate room attendants, prioritise daily assignments, and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Attention to detail and a consistent commitment to cleanliness, guest privacy, and service quality.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to coach team members.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
