Recreation Supervisor

TS Group is looking for a Recreation Supervisor to support its growth in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel recreation, leisure, or guest activities, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Able to plan engaging activities, coordinate schedules, and guide a recreation team.
  • Good understanding of activity risk assessments, equipment checks, and guest safety procedures.
  • Confident communicating with guests in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • First-aid or CPR training is an advantage; relevant certification is an advantage for any specialist activities.
  • Organised, service-oriented, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
