Telephone Operator
TS Group is looking for a Telephone Operator to support its growth in Bali.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel telephone operations, front office, reservations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Clear and professional spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to answer and transfer calls accurately, record messages, and follow up on guest requests.
- Comfortable using computers; familiarity with a hotel PMS or telephone system is an advantage.
- Able to stay calm when handling complaints or urgent calls and follow hotel escalation procedures.
- Respect for guest confidentiality and availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
