Qualifications

• Barista background or kitchen experience.
• Open-minded and willing to learn different roles.
• Comfortable supporting both front and back of house.
• Fast, clean, and organized.
• Disciplined and punctual.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts.
• Willing to learn Vaccashe’s menu, service standards, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across both front and back of house.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to every customer.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to Vaccashe’s standards and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Work collaboratively with the team across assigned shifts and roles.
