Be the driving force behind exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor Generalist to handle all departments and overall operations of NUMA Bali Villa Sidemen.

Your responsibilities

Oversee operations across:

• Three private luxury villas.
• Restaurant with four tables.
• In-house massage.
• In-house laundry.
• Reception.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a villa, resort or hospitality business.
• Good English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
• Positive attitude, organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
