Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel, resort, and villa sales, marketing strategies, and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, distribution channels, and market trends.
- Able to lead cluster sales and marketing strategies across TRM Hospitality properties.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Available to join immediately.
