Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel, resort, and villa sales, marketing strategies, and revenue growth.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, distribution channels, and market trends.
Able to lead cluster sales and marketing strategies across TRM Hospitality properties.
Excellent English communication skills.
