Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or at Supervisor level in a hotel/villa.
• Able to speak English well, both oral and written.
• Understand hotel/villa operations and standard operating procedures.
• Have the skills to solve problems and take preventive measures.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Able to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Adaptable, enjoys challenges, and shows high initiative.
