Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or at Supervisor level in a hotel/villa.
- Able to speak English well, both oral and written.
- Understand hotel/villa operations and standard operating procedures.
- Have the skills to solve problems and take preventive measures.
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
- Able to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
- Adaptable, enjoys challenges, and shows high initiative.
