What you will be doing

• Support your superior to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
• Ensure all villas and facilities meet required property standards.
• Lead the team in day-to-day operations and assigned special projects or programmes.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments to respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or requests.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, hygiene and applicable regulations.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in an international 5-star or luxury villa resort.
• Excellent organizational skills; a good team player able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising and motivating a large team.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
