Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English
Experience serving international guests preferred
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Confident using computers, booking systems, and WhatsApp
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous receptionist, hospitality, or spa experience is an advantage
