Learning & Development Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and coordinate Alex Academy training programs.
– Conduct staff onboarding, service training, and refresher sessions.
– Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
– Monitor training performance and improve guest satisfaction.
– Assist in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely and effective fulfillment of staffing needs.
Requirements:
– 1–2 years of experience in training, HR or hospitality.
– Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
– Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
– Proactive, creative and passionate about staff development.
– Has experience as Public speaker will be advantage
– Hospitality or villa management experience is an advantage.
