Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Proven min. 1–3 years of leadership experience as Operations Manager / Resort Manager / Villa Manager in villas or 3/4-star properties.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-opening projects is essential.
- Strong operational background in both Rooms Division and F&B operations.
- Hands-on leader with solid cost-control, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Hotel PMS & F&B POS systems.
