- Able to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and maintain product consistency.
- Understands food hygiene, safe handling, and ingredient storage procedures.
- Detail-oriented and able to keep the bakery workstation clean and organized.
- Reliable, willing to learn, and able to coordinate with the kitchen team.
