Apply for the job nowKini Resort & Kirana Retreat are located in Sekongkang Bawah Village, West Sumbawa. Surrounded by the stunning southern coastline, our resorts embrace the concept of eco-sustainable tourism, offering unique natural attractions and exceptional hospitality experiences.
The two resorts are only 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. We are expanding our property with a target of 50–70 rooms and villas, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with us
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership in resort and wellness center management & operations.
- Passion for eco-tourism and sustainable living.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
