The two resorts are only 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. We are expanding our property with a target of 50–70 rooms and villas, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with us.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in resort/hotel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Strong team management and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Hospitality degree or relevant qualification preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership in resort and wellness center management & operations.
• Passion for eco-tourism and sustainable living.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
