Apply for the job nowKini Resort & Kirana Retreat are located in Sekongkang Bawah Village, West Sumbawa. Surrounded by the stunning southern coastline, our resorts embrace the concept of eco-sustainable tourism, offering unique natural attractions and exceptional hospitality experiences.
The two resorts are only 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. We are expanding our property with a target of 50–70 rooms and villas, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with us.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resort/hotel management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
- Strong team management and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Hospitality degree or relevant qualification preferred.
