Qualifiactions
- Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients sourcing, supplier management, and cost control.
- Good negotiation skills with a focus on quality and consistency of products.
- Familiar with purchasing systems and basic Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to join immediately.
