We are a luxury private villa complex located in Teges, Icanginan, Ubud. We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join our team.

Available position

1. Head housekeeper

Employment details

• Full-time position.
• 40 working hours per week.
• 6 working days per week.
• 1 day off per week.
• Immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate the housekeeping team together with the Villa Manager.
• Inspect all villas and ensure they meet luxury guest-ready standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
• Check bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and outdoor guest areas.
• Organise linen, laundry, amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report purchasing requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the Villa Manager.
• Train, guide and support housekeeping team members.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Respond professionally to operational changes and guest requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort or luxury villa.
• Experience supervising or leading a housekeeping team.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Responsible, organised, reliable and punctual.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with the Villa Manager and team.
• Basic conversational English is required.
• Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bali-based candidates are preferred.
• Available to join immediately .

• Teges, Icanginan, Ubud, Bali.
