We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in villa management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and managing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our villa portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for villa properties
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and clients
Manage online travel platforms (OTA), social media, and digital marketing campaigns
Handle inquiries, bookings, and client communications professionally
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to optimize pricing and positioning
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements
Minimum 2[two] years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in villa or property management
Strong understanding of hospitality and villa rental markets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and OTA platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
