• A great communicator with strong coordination skills.

Job responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries from OTA platform.
• Coordinate with the reservation Team for booking updates.
• Update room rates, availability, and promotions.
• Arrange and OTA campaigns/promos.
• Assist with onboarding and managing new properties.
• Monitor OTA performance and ensure smooth operations.
