Avana Bamboo Villas is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team.

We are a boutique eco-luxury villa resort in Klungkung, Bali, focused on creating memorable experiences for couples and honeymooners. We are looking for a hands-on chef who loves creativity, quality, and guest experiences.

Requirements

• Preferably based in Klungkung, Sidemen, Gianyar, Karangasem, or surrounding areas.
• Previous experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef / Senior Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Western, Indonesian, breakfast and healthy menu items.
• Able to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff.
• Passion for food presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• English is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Develop and improve menu items.
• Manage stock and kitchen organization.
• Create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Salary

• Depending on experience 6.5-8.5 million IDR + service charge + monthly bonus + BPJS
