We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Villa Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our unique cliffside bamboo villas.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English (other languages are a plus).
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Villa Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee villa operations, maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage staff performance and training.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for experienced waiter/waitress to join our vibrant team at cactus beach club, right on the shores of beautiful nusa penida.

Placement

• Cactus Beach Club & Cactus Village Nusa Penida

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position (hospitality or beach club industry preferred).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and exceptional communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as a team player.
• Energetic, guest-service oriented, and highly motivated.
• Willing to be placed and reside in Nusa Penida, Bali.
• Able to join immediately.

Qualifications
