- Minimum of 1+ year's experience in a Hotel, Beach Club or Restaurant background
- Have experience in a similar role
- Familiar with sound system (set up and setting sound)
- Familiar with lighting system
- Hands-on approach and flexibility with a 'can-do' attitude
- The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with the team
- Able to work under pressure
- Teamwork-oriented
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Able to join immediately
