Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or Communications.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (prior experience in the hotel or tourism industry is highly preferred).
• Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: The ability to convince and secure business from clients (both Online & Offline Agents).
• Market Analysis: Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities to develop competitive pricing and package strategies.
• Digital Marketing: Experienced in managing social media platforms, creating marketing materials, and understanding online distribution channel trends (OTAs - Online Travel Agents).
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for liaising with international guests and clients.
• Business Development & Account Management: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Package Development: Creating comprehensive proposals and packages for hotel facilities, including guest rooms, meeting rooms (MICE), and Food & Beverage (F&B) services.
• Sales Calls: Conducting regular visits and follow-ups with clients to ensure sustained business growth and engagement.
