Morabito Art Villa is an exclusive beachfront retreat in Canggu, Bali, designed by renowned French designer Pascal Morabito, famous for his high-end jewelry and sculptures. This luxurious villa combines elegant design with the natural beauty of Bali, featuring unique sculptures, spacious interiors, and stunning ocean views. Is looking for a passionate Guest Experience Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasion arrangements.
Ensure every touchpoint reflects Morabito's standard of refined hospitality.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in guest service, hospitality, or a similar role (villa/resort experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Warm, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
