Guest Experience officer

Morabito Art Villa is an exclusive beachfront retreat in Canggu, Bali, designed by renowned French designer Pascal Morabito, famous for his high-end jewelry and sculptures. This luxurious villa combines elegant design with the natural beauty of Bali, featuring unique sculptures, spacious interiors, and stunning ocean views. Is looking for a passionate Guest Experience Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
  • Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasion arrangements.
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects Morabito's standard of refined hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in guest service, hospitality, or a similar role (villa/resort experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Warm, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Guest experience supervisor

Morabito Art Villa is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our guest service team and elevate the villa's hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the Guest Experience team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Oversee guest journey touchpoints from arrival to departure, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to personalize guest experiences and manage VIP requests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and performance guidance for the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in guest relations/guest experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in luxury villas, resorts, or 5-star hotels preferred.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
