Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial principles (costing, budgeting, profit margins).
Experience with inventory and supply.
Analytical and detail-oriented to identify areas of inefficiency.
Knowledge of local food safety and health regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills for working with team.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily food and beverage costs.
Compare actual costs against budgeted amounts.
Track inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Implement strategies to minimize waste (e.g., portion control, recipe standardization).
