Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial principles (costing, budgeting, profit margins).
- Experience with inventory and supply.
- Analytical and detail-oriented to identify areas of inefficiency.
- Knowledge of local food safety and health regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for working with team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily food and beverage costs.
- Compare actual costs against budgeted amounts.
- Track inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Implement strategies to minimize waste (e.g., portion control, recipe standardization).
