Accounting manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in hospitality/hotel/F&B.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT), BPJS, and regulatory compliance.
• Experienced in preparing monthly & annual financial statements accurately and on time.
• Familiar with VHP Property Management System (PMS).
• Experience in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
