We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who understands the mindset of five-star hospitality and is excited to help build a premium aviation brand from the ground up.
Who we're looking for
You are a strategic yet hands-on sales leader with a strong network in Bali or NTB’s resort and luxury travel ecosystem. You understand how high-end resorts think, how general managers make decisions, and how to position experiences—not just products—to discerning international guests.
Experience & profile
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing within luxury resorts, hospitality, or tourism.
- Deep knowledge of the Bali and/or NTB resort market, including key decision-makers and distribution channels.
- Strong commercial instinct with proven revenue generation results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
- Experience delivering premium international-standard tourism or hospitality services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to position ODISI as the preferred aviation partner for luxury resorts and travel providers.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with resorts, villa operators, cruise operators, DMCs, and high-end travel agents.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
- Build, mentor, and guide the sales & marketing team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Represent ODISI at industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
