We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager who demonstrates strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with housekeeping operational systems and procedures.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
