We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Pastry & Bakery to lead our pastry team and ensure the highest quality, creativity, and consistency in our products.
Qualifications
- Minimum education in Culinary Arts / Pastry.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Head Pastry & Bakery or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert (traditional & modern).
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experienced in recipe costing, food costing, and inventory control.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets.
- Willing to work in kitchen operational systems (shift if required) .
