With the continued expansion of Praia Villas and the opening of Praia Beach Club, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to help build the people, culture and operational foundations of both businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and help shape the future of Praia Group.

Supporting Praia Villas & Praia Beach Club.

What we're looking for

• HR management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law.
• Experience with BPJS & payroll.
• Recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Organised, proactive and people-focused.
• English-speaking required.
