Qualifications
- Have experienced min 2 years as a hr manager (preferred from hospitality industry).
- Familiar handle more than one company with bigger staffing.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Keen understanding of employee relations and performance management.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to mobile between three outlets.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to join immediately.
