Qualifications

  • Have experienced min 2 years as a hr manager (preferred from hospitality industry).
  • Familiar handle more than one company with bigger staffing.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Keen understanding of employee relations and performance management.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to mobile between three outlets.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to join immediately.
