Qualifications
Have experienced min 2 years as a hr manager (preferred from hospitality industry).
Familiar handle more than one company with bigger staffing.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Keen understanding of employee relations and performance management.
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to mobile between three outlets.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
