customer satisfaction. - Pro active, hardworking, good service.
- Knowledge basic skills in using computer.
- Can join immediately.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (having experience in the same field min. 1 year
is preferred).

- Greetings the guests in hotel.
- handle check in or check out.
- Handle guest requests.
- Handle reservation.
- Upselling room, breakfast, guest activities, etc.
- Drop off guest to airport or in seminyak area (occasionally).
