Requirements
- Experience in hotel, villa, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Disciplined, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
Specific skills
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, cost control, and hygiene standards.
Engineering supervisor
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC systems, preventive maintenance, and team supervision.
