Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education is a plus).
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Familiarity with Property Management System.
- Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer data securely.
- Work with several properties.
