Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Familiar with VHP System and POS systems
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Well-groomed, professional, responsible, and customer-oriented.
