Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Indian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook various Indian dishes.
  • Assist in menu development.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
