We are looking for:
- MEP technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and AC.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and AC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Front desk agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and provide information about the hotel's services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
